2024 Bi-State Sustainable Reinvestment Corridor Community Survey

Dear Resident,

Your input is needed! The Mid-America Regional Council (MARC) has started the Bi-State Sustainable Reinvestment Corridor project to improve transportation and economic opportunities along a 24-mile corridor in Kansas City, Kansas; Kansas City, Missouri; Sugar Creek; and Independence.

We are requesting your participation in a survey of residents along the corridor. The survey asks questions about transportation, infrastructure, and community development priorities in your neighborhood. Your feedback is essential to this effort.

Please take a few minutes to complete this survey. Your survey responses will remain confidential. Please complete the survey within the next two weeks.

The Bi-State Sustainable Reinvestment Corridor project is more than just another transportation study. It aims to bring together plans, projects and partners in the communities along this corridor. With this federal grant, we have a chance to complete many community initiatives.

We also want to understand how transit projects in this corridor can uplift our communities, shape our neighborhoods, connect us to jobs, services, and opportunities and each other. Coordinating these projects can make our daily lives easier for everyone.

For more information, visit marc.org/bistate. If you have questions, contact Ron Achelpohl or Lukas Yanni at transportation@marc.org, or call 816-474-4240.

Thank you for your participation! Please take this opportunity to have your voice heard!
